  • For my prints, I use museum-quality, textured archival paper with rich, fade-resistant inks. Each print is handled with care and attention from start to finish.

  • Absolutely. If you're looking for a different size or want to explore other paper types, send a note to inquiries@spallandarc.com and we’ll work it out.

About the prints

Shipping

  • Each piece is printed to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for me to prepare your print and get it ready for safe shipping. Once it's shipped, you'll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. If you need your print by a certain date, feel free to reach out before ordering.

  • Right now, I ship to addresses within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and really want a piece, send me a message—I may be able to make it work.

  • Prints are carefully rolled in protective tissue and shipped in a durable mailing tube to keep them safe in transit.

  • Yes! If you're in the Tulsa area, just choose Local Pickup at checkout. After you place your order, send me a message at jonah@spallandarc.com to arrange a pickup time.

returns & exchanges

  • Since each piece is made to order, I can’t offer returns or exchanges once it's printed. That said, if you need to make a change, just get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order—I’ll do my best to help before it goes to print.

  • If something shows up damaged, take a photo and send it to jonah@spallandarc.com within 14 days of delivery. I’ll send out a replacement right away.

  • You’ve got a 24-hour window to make changes or cancel. After that, your print might already be in production or on its way—but reach out and I’ll do what I can.
